EcoEnergy Consulting Company was founded in Podgorica in April 2019 with the aim of performing engineering activities and technical consulting. EcoEnergy Consulting is an organization made up of a multi-disciplinary team (specialists in energy, economy, biology, transport and the environmental protection) with many years of professional experience.
Our aim is to promote sustainable development and green energy projects and programs with focus on environmental protection.

Our Services
Environmental Protection
We are experienced in forest ecosystems management and protection, protection of natural and cultural resources and protected areas promotions, as well as environment protection, planning and monitoring of measures in various industry areas. Our team is specialized in environmental impact assessments and our services include the following activities:
- preparation of Environmental Impact Assessment studies (EIA) and Strategic Environmental Impact Assessment (SEA) according to the national legislation of Montenegro and participate on public hearings;
- preparation of Request for deciding on the need for preparation of environmental impact assessment as well as requesting the scope and content of the study;
- preparation of Environmental and Social Impact Assessment Studies (ESIA) as requested by international financial institutions.
Energy Efficiency
Energy Efficiency can enable economic growth with minimal energy consumption, reduce emissions and improve energy security. The right efficiency policies could enable the world to achieve more than 40% of the emissions cuts needed to reach its climate goals without new technology.
We have experience in preliminary and detailed energy audit – preparations, inspection, description of existing situation and identified measures, energy calculations, economic calculations and preparation of energy audit reports and follow up monitoring and energy management. Also, we can provide technical auditing of different types of buildings and constructions, revision and technical supervision of electrical installations of power systems.
Investment Consulting
Long term cooperation with Governmental institutions allows us to have clear picture on state’s strategies and plans on development of energy and tourism projects in Montenegro. In this field we are able to provide advises in which activities you should focus your eventual interest and help you to make a decision for starting concrete steps.
