A few words about EcoEnergy Consulting
Our proactive approach ensures expertise in various energy and ecological fields in our everyday growing practice. EcoEnergy Consulting team, in close cooperation with internationally recognized experts, is capable to provide technical and logistical support during development of strategic documents, action plans, reports, analysis, studies and other documents related to energy, renewable energy, energy efficiency (including energy audit), transport, environment and climate change.
We have experience in preliminary and detailed energy audit – Preparations, Inspection, Description of existing situation and identified measures, Energy calculations, Economic calculations and Preparation of Energy Audit Report. Also, we can provide technical auditing of different types of buildings and constructions, revision and technical supervision of electrical installations of power systems.
We work to support you in reaching circular economy ambitions, providing evidence of the economic, environmental, and social benefits it could deliver.
Members of our team are long term experienced experts who worked within Governmental Institutions in Montenegro and the region, International energy and environmental agencies and organizations, Energy Community Secretariat and Energy Charter Secretariat.
We were actively involved in number of energy transition and climate change projects financed by European Commission and international financial institutions. Our team have a profound knowledge of the energy market in the region and renewable energy development in line with EU acquis. Also, we gained valuable insight into the Clean Energy Package and the energy and transport market transition and decarbonisation process.
Long term cooperation with Governmental institutions allows us to have clear picture on state’s strategies and plans on development of energy and transport projects in Montenegro. In this field we are able to provide advises in which activities you should focus your eventual interest and help you to make a decision for starting concrete steps.

Mr. Danilo Barjaktarovic
General Manager
Experienced expert with a demonstrated history of working in the public sector with focus on reforming of energy sector in Montenegro in accordance with EU policies. Former member of Energy Community Permanent High Level Group and Technical Working Group on Energy and Climate. Skilled in Economic diplomacy, Analytical Skills, EU energy and climate policies, good knowledge on energy market and renewable energy development in line with EU legislation and strong connections with energy international organizations.
Ms. Danijela Bozanic
Climate Change Expert
National Lead Consultant for the GCF Readiness Project in Serbia. More than 10 years of experience working in climate change field, adaptation and mitigation related planning, policy development, collection of activity data and the GHG inventory preparation. Key national expert in Serbia and Key international expert in Montenegro for preparation of the Law on climate change. She was Head of Climate Change Unit in the Ministry in charge for environmental protection and climate change in Serbia.
Ms. Giovannella D’Andrea
International Law Expert
An Italian qualified lawyer and English Solicitor who has acquired more than 25 years’ experience on the International arena, advising public and private entities active in the regulated industries sectors (environment, energy and transport) on all regulatory and transactional aspects of their activities. She has spent more than 12 years advising Governmental entities in the EU and in Third Countries, including IPA and other Neighborhood countries, in the framework of Donors’ funded assistance programmes, on their sectoral reforms and implementing programmes in line with strategic objectives and targets adopted by the EU Commission on green growth (energy efficiency, renewable energies), climate change and circular economy.
Mr. Anton Ljucovic
Energy Expert
Experienced electrical engineering responsible for development of Montenegrin Annual Energy Balances, Energy Development Strategy and Action plan for its implementation. He possess profound knowledge on energy modeling and statistics gained in the most respectful Energy Institutions in EU as International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and International Energy Agency (IEA). Former member of Energy Community Task Force for energy statistics and PECI projects. In 2018 attended US State Departament International Visitor Leadership Programme on "US Energy Policy".
Mr. Jason Johnson
JD/MBA/MBL Associate for Business Development
Past work includes coaching for environmentally sustainable start-up companies as well as business development for organizations such as Climate KIC out of their Berlin and Budapest offices (supported by EIT, a body of the European Union). He has also implemented and executed business strategy and development for companies/services such as CorregioNet, a monitoring service that covers developments in energy and financial regulation and in energy policy.
In addition to consulting work, Jason has lectured courses at the University level for more than 10 years at various institutions and programs in countries around the world including Germany, Switzerland, the Czech Republic, Serbia, Montenegro, the United States, China and Vietnam.
Most recently he received a Master degree in International and European Regulatory and Energy Law at the Technical University of Berlin and wrote his Master Thesis on Blockchain Application in the Energy Sector.
