Mr. Danilo Barjaktarovic
General Manager
Experienced expert with a demonstrated history of working in the public sector with focus on reforming of energy sector in Montenegro in accordance with EU policies. Former member of Energy Community Permanent High Level Group and Technical Working Group on Energy and Climate. Skilled in Economic diplomacy, Analytical Skills, EU energy and climate policies, good knowledge on energy market and renewable energy development in line with EU legislation and strong connections with energy international organizations.
Ms. Danijela Bozanic
Climate Change Expert
National Lead Consultant for the GCF Readiness Project in Serbia. More than 10 years of experience working in climate change field, adaptation and mitigation related planning, policy development, collection of activity data and the GHG inventory preparation. Key national expert in Serbia and Key international expert in Montenegro for preparation of the Law on climate change. She was Head of Climate Change Unit in the Ministry in charge for environmental protection and climate change in Serbia.

International Law Expert
An Italian qualified lawyer and English Solicitor who has acquired more than 25 years’ experience on the International arena, advising public and private entities active in the regulated industries sectors (environment, energy and transport) on all regulatory and transactional aspects of their activities. She has spent more than 12 years advising Governmental entities in the EU and in Third Countries, including IPA and other Neighborhood countries, in the framework of Donors’ funded assistance programmes, on their sectoral reforms and implementing programmes in line with strategic objectives and targets adopted by the EU Commission on green growth (energy efficiency, renewable energies), climate change and circular economy.
Mr. Anton Ljucovic
Energy Expert
Experienced electrical engineering responsible for development of Montenegrin Annual Energy Balances, Energy Development Strategy and Action plan for its implementation. He possess profound knowledge on energy modeling and statistics gained in the most respectful Energy Institutions in EU as International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and International Energy Agency (IEA). Former member of Energy Community Task Force for energy statistics and PECI projects. In 2018 attended US State Departament International Visitor Leadership Programme on "US Energy Policy".
